Supported by machines that offer sensory feedback, each movement flows from one to the next, helping you connect with your core while strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
Gyrokinesis offers a similar sequence of fluid movements without the machines. This mindful practice is instead performed with the aid of a mat and stool, each movement designed to strengthen and articulate the natural movements of your body.
Gyrokinesis helps to increase your range of motion and flexibility, as well as stimulate your body’s natural regenerative abilities.
Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis help me a lot with body awareness and fluid movement. It’s a soothing system that works on flexibility, body awareness, core strength and more. Every session is a new discovery.
We offer introductory sessions for you to experience Pilates and the Gyrotonic Method under a trainer’s careful guidance. The session begins with a consultation on your background and physical needs, followed by an exploration of the exercises.
