Everyone’s journey is unique — which is why we offer several class options at Arc Studio. All sessions are 50 minutes excluding the introductory session.

For those new to the Gyrotonic and Pilates Methods, the introductory private session is the perfect place to start.
We will begin with a consultation to understand more about your background and physical needs. Afterwards, you’ll be guided through an exploration of the exercises.

Should you subsequently choose to sign up for private sessions, we are pleased to offer you a private session package of 3 lessons at the introductory rate of $299. This offer is only for clients who are new to the respective method.

Practice with a friend or partner in this semi-private session, where you’ll enjoy the experience together under the guidance of the trainer.

Before joining the trio sessions, all new clients are asked to take a minimum of four private sessions first in order to most effectively learn the exercises.
In the trio sessions, you’ll be practising together with two others.

cancellation
Arc Studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given via email to info@arcstudiospace.com or phone call to (604)423-9974 with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note that failure to notify the studio of cancellation 24 hours in advance will result in full charges for the session.

Expiry dates for the respective packages are as follows, beginning from the first day of purchase:
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. In circumstances such as extended illness or vacation, notice must be given in advance for a package to be put on hold.
