cancellation
Arc Studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given via email to info@arcstudiospace.com or phone call to (604)423-9974 with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note that failure to notify the studio of cancellation 24 hours in advance will result in full charges for the session.
5 session package: 2 months from date of purchase
10 session package: 4 months from date of purchase
20 session package: 8 months from date of purchase

Expiry dates for the respective packages are as follows, beginning from the first day of purchase:
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. In circumstances such as extended illness or vacation, notice must be given in advance for a package to be put on hold.
